My sega dreamcast bass fishing game doesnt go past the loading screen?

I have a sega dreamcast cast called Sega Bass Fishing. But it won't go past the loading screen. whats wrong with it? and how do i fix it?

It could be three things. If have any other game and it play in the dreamcast it is the game. You should clean and fix any scratches. If no games play it is your laser reader. Which I suggest you buy a new dreamcast, or buy a new laser reader at play-asia.com.
