Anybody know a good and inexpensive live shiner fishing guide for Lake Tarpon and/or other Central, FL lakes?

I asked this question before and never got a definitive answer. I'm trying to decide to go down to Florida in late March-late May. What is the best time to get huge bass with live golden shiners? Also, I am planning definitely hiring a guide to fish Lake

I don't remember the name of the guide I used but I went to lake harris and done real good......lake tarpon is not very good for big bass.....if you type bass fishing guide service for Lake Harris Florida in your search box you will find someone....that
