Is there good striped bass fishing on the Potomac during the fall season?

If Its good enough fishing I'm buying a fishing kayak.

I know u can catch them but i dont know if its all that good but i think the fishing would be best because they stock up for the winter during the fall season

There are some to be caught in Inks below the Lake Buchanan Dam during releases too, but those releases haven't started yet. More recently, some reports have been posted of good striper caught below Mansfield Dam from kayaks, also in the mid-late summer I believe.
