i need to know a few things about fishing?

1) i have a flw outdoor fishing tackle bag with the insertable plastic box things well in the top there are a few heavy duty plastic zipper bags what goes in there?
2) what does set the hook mean
3) any other fishing tips you would like

The zipper bags/compartments can be used to store anything you want to take with, that will fit inside them. Setting the hook is the pull or yank that you must make when a fish takes your bait. The hook will be in the fishes mouth but you must make it
